Abdel Rassi Mendez was born in Cuba and he is a Certified Teacher in Ontario and Alberta. He has a B.Ed. and taught Business English at the University of Havana. In Canada he has worked as a Spanish Instructor at the University of Toronto, Seneca College and other language schools. Abdel is currently a Spanish Teacher with Edmonton Catholic School District.

Raquel Aviles was born in Mexico City. She has a B.Ed. and a Master of Special Education. She is a passionate teacher who loves Mexican culture, and has taught Spanish at Toronto French Montessori School, and the Spanish Centre.
